The next generation of boutique Grade A office buildings.

275 George Street Sydney

275 George Street is one of Sydney’s newest A-grade office buildings located in the heart of the CBD. With construction completed in 2020, occupants are benefitting from highly efficient, column-free floor plates and enjoying a prominent corner location on Sydney’s revitalised George Street.

This $64 million development bolstered the local economy by creating more than 300 construction-related jobs during development and can house more than 400 office workers with multiple transport options at the front door.

275 George Street (275G) is an 18-level boutique commercial building located at the corner of George and Margaret Streets, the north-south artery in the heart of Sydney, our largest city. The building comprises 7,900m2 of Net Lettable Area (NLA) across 15 levels built to an A Grade commercial standard. With premium retail offerings on its lower floors, it also features high-quality end-of-trip (EOT) facilities including bicycle parking, lockers and luxurious shower rooms with towel service.

Situated in the bustling Wynyard Station precinct, 275 George St is close to business and retail districts and tourist attractions, including the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge a short distance away.

The project presented several challenges including constructing within a highly constrained site with limited access, and high volumes of traffic from vehicles and pedestrians. The project was also built at the same time as several major projects adjacent to it including commercial developments to the north boundary and the new $3 billion Sydney Light Rail on its doorstep.
