275 George Street (275G) is an 18-level boutique commercial building located at the corner of George and Margaret Streets, the north-south artery in the heart of Sydney, our largest city. With premium retail offerings on its lower floors, it also features high-quality end-of-trip (EOT) facilities including bicycle parking, lockers and luxurious shower rooms with towel service.
Situated in the bustling Wynyard Station precinct, 275 George St is close to business and retail districts and tourist attractions, including the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge a short distance away.
The project presented several challenges including constructing within a highly constrained site with limited access, and high volumes of traffic from vehicles and pedestrians. The project was also built at the same time as several major projects adjacent to it including commercial developments to the north boundary and the new $3 billion Sydney Light Rail on its doorstep.

This was an end-to-end project, with our team purchasing the site, redeveloping it to premium quality and forward selling the property for a record price to Japanese real estate firm Daibiru Corporation.
