Like many organisations, John Holland deeply considered our role in this important decision.
After listening – we’ve chosen to respect the diverse views of our employees and not take a Yes/No position as a company. Instead, we’re focusing on providing trusted resources so everyone can be as informed as possible. We’re also concerned about the toll that media and public commentary may be having on our people, so we’re holding First Nations-facilitated check-in/wellbeing sessions to provide support and space for sharing and connection.
