So, what makes John Holland so successful when it comes to Lift and Shift?
Stefano Tiani, Group Manager, Lift and Shift, explains that it’s a mixture of things. “It’s the competency of our lifting subject matter experts and engineers, our industry-leading training, plus internal development of our capabilities,” he says.
“Added to that, we pride ourselves on an industry-leading lifting operations procedure and we build innovation into tenders so we can deliver projects safely and competitively. Through these elements and our commitment to working as one, we build strong relationships with project teams, local and international partners. All of this is combined with detailed planning to safely and efficiently deliver extremely complex lift and shift projects.”
The Lift and Shift team is part of our specialist technical engineering centre of excellence, which also includes digital engineering and technology, engineering and design management, construction engineering, technical construction and assurance, rail engineering and integration, and knowledge and innovation. These teams provide their expertise across our projects to ensure certainty of delivery.
