  • As a holder of Environmental Protection Licences (EPLs) for scheduled activities within New South Wales, John Holland is required to upload monthly summaries of monitoring conducted on projects with activities licenced by the EPA. This page provides public access to the required environmental monitoring data. Wherever monitoring is conducted, to satisfy a condition of a licence, monthly data is uploaded to this website within 14 days.
  • There is a requirement to publish information from the Pollution Incident Response Management Plans. This is a requirement under Clause 98D of the POEO Amendment Regulations 2012. The information can be accessed below.
  • Many of our projects have bespoke sustainability policies which serve to provide a sustainable ethos for that specific set of delivery works, some of which are presented below.
