John Holland has been active for over 20 years delivering service and support solutions to government and commercial clients in Australia and the adjacent region.
Growing demand for integration of 'through-life' operation and maintenance services into the delivery of civil and industrial fixed infrastructure led John Holland to create a dedicated Services business to develop and deliver comprehensive technical and operational support solutions tailored to the unique requirements of individual customers and projects.
John Holland's Services business now offers an expanding range of technology support products and services. These are offered as either 'stand alone' services or as options within a variety of fully managed, integrated service packages.
Our ability to deliver is supported by the financial strength, market reach, and wide ranging design, engineering and specialist technical expertise of our parent group and the specialist businesses within it.
Project management skills and experience and a broad base of business relationships, built up over several decades with many major, medium and small enterprises, enhance John Holland's ability to efficiently deliver value for money outcomes within realistic schedules.

John Holland Integrated Managed Services
John Holland Integrated Managed Services provides tailored packages of managed services and specialist technical support to public and private sector clients. These are most commonly applied in complex 'Service-led' projects and through life support programs involving physical integration of multiple inputs and specialist subcontractors.
Service packages may include the provision of capital assets and specific equipment items, where procurement of these is bundled as either: - An "output specified" requirement for a particular type of operational result, requiring both supply and in-service sustainment of given types of equipment or system
- A "Fleet Management" requirement which may incorporate provision for progressive asset inventory upgrade, obsolescence management and inventory replacement.

Operating staff may be employed by either the customer direct or by John Holland. A combined workforce approach may also be adopted.
Integrated Managed Services currently are provided within the following broad categories:
- Comprehensive repair and maintenance of plant, equipment and structures (single and multiple sites)
- Planning and management of multi-phase minor capital works programs

John Holland Aviation Services
John Holland Aviation Services (JHAS) is Australia’s largest independent aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul facility. JHAS combines John Holland's experience in contracting with the professional expertise of some of Australia’s most experienced aviation engineers and technicians. Core capabilities are based upon delivery of Aircraft Services and Specialist Technologies maintenance, repair and support, including:
